PS Broadway Artistic Director
Thecla Harris, PS Broadway Artistic Director, is a native of Ohio where she began her dance training with Nan Klinger. She trained professionally with Dayton Ballet II and was a guest performer with numerous companies. She was a teacher with National Dance Institute (NDI) for 8 years. Her work included a program with the blind and visually impaired and emotionally disturbed children. Ms. Harris led teacher-training workshops in “Process Pedagogy”, on the teaching techniques of NDI. Ms. Harris also serves as Associate Artistic Director of Reach Out And Dance (ROAD®) of the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet, and Artistic Consultant for BalletMet’s Momentum in Columbus, Ohio.
